Photo shoot planning document - Leggs

Date and time of photo shoot:Monday 27^th January 2014

Material to be shot: This photo shoot will take place at Catterik Phonixe Center where a charity night will be held. The charity night is for the charity Help for heroes, whom i will later produce a magazine article on. The picture/'s featured in the article will be images from the night. This means outfits, hair, makeup and location is already prepared. I just have to get consent from the models. 

What personnel do you need?

What props will you need?

No props will be needed

Describe in detail your make-up & costume needs. 

The makeup will be decided on the night by the models them self. It will match their outfits and the scenario on the night but won't be to heavy to inter fear with my images. 

Backdrop:

I want the back drop to include the behind the scenes look, so I'm aiming to include some action from the backgrounds. This is why i have chosen to not have a specific studio layout and backdrop.

Date and time of photo shoot:Monday 27^th January 2014

Material to be shot:

Model (Danielle) Stood on a yoga mat performing different movements to do with fitness. They will be set routines that i have pre-planned.

What personnel do you need?

Lighting assistant: Mark Dixon

Makeup assistant: Myself

Models: Danielle Knight

What props will you need?

Yoga mat
training clothes 
weights
Dumbbell

Make-up & costume needs:

The makeup will be very natural to show how sport is meant to be performed with no make up and hair tied back. 

Studio shoots: 

The lighting will be very bright and airy. to do this i will use butterfly lighting flooding the area with light. 
1 large soft light will be used in the centre with two smaller soft boxes ti the right and left and finally a spot light on the models face. 

Backdrop:

White

2 small soft boxes
1 spot light

Date and time of photo shoot: Monday 27^th January 2014

Material to be shot:

Model (Jessica Moore) pretending to be asleep peacefully. 

What personnel do you need?

Lighting assistant: Phil

Makeup assistant: Myself

Models: Jessica Moore

What props will you need?

Duvet and pillow. Teddy possibly (i will need to see if it fits in with the over all layout and colour)

Make-up & costume needs:

The make up will be very light and angelic. To reiterate the 'Sleep' theme  women don't normally wear makeup to bed therefore Jessica's make up will be very soft but still worn to help the image look good quality. 

Studio shoots: what kind of lighting?

Butterfly lighting. I want to create as much light as possible. To do this, lights will be low to the ground (where jess is) and very bright. This is to stop the text getting lost in the close up background.
