Magazine ideas.
Women’s
Lifestyle;
For women’s lifestyle I want a
fresh funky unconventional magazine. I think this will be good for my target
audience aged 16-24 who are always looking out for new technologies and cloths,
therefore a new magazine will be perfect for them.
My target audience socioeconomic
group is ABC1 therefore the magazine has to look slick and professional. Their
tribes are Townies, the typical girly girl who enjoys fashion, beauty and
gossip. This information will be based around my articles.
The magazine would be called Fever because it sounds slick and
professional, it doesn’t sound to cheesy or informal. To help me find this name
I searched Townies into a thesaurus and several words came up including this
one.
My magazine would be published
weekly because I want to feel like iv made a friend in my target audience and
they are receiving advice weekly.
My magazine’s USP
My choice of target audience and
genre of magazine might pose some problems due to the fact there are so many
women’s lifestyle magazines about. Therefore I will need something unexpected
and unordinary. My USP will be the
interesting unusual article, which covers a different topic each week that
seeks expert help. This means each week I could be helping someone with a
problem they have.

‘Fashion’
For this article I want to
promote independent UK designer. I think its good as a local community that we
help British people making British clothes instead of always importing
clothes. So this article will show a
range of Uk designers clothes but it will have a theme to stop it being like
every other fashion magazine. The
fashion designer I will be studying is Kevon Jon. In the part time job I have,
we sell lots of different ranges of his clothes, making me very aware of whom
he is and the clothes he sells.
·

and hangover cures. Also it will have real-life funny story’s and experiences
form people who have been to festivals.

For this women’s fitness article I want to
target the areas women hate most. The
magazine will be sporty and motivational for my target audience who are ages
16-24. This age group are always looking to keep themselves looking good and
fit therefore I think this magazine will be a good seller.
My target audience are young therefore I
have to concentrate on what they do when there young e.g. holidays festivals.
So for these events they will want to keep their body looking good.
My magazine will be called Rush because of that rush you get when
you doing sports. Also this title is
professional and sporty linking in with the genre of my magazine.
My
Magazine UPS
Technology is a big part of the world now
so my unique selling point will be the articles that focus on sporty Apps e.g.

feel comfortable and feel like I’m personally trying to help them. Its wont be
the typical fitness article, I want to make it fun and energetic motivating my
readers.

‘Sport Fashion’
it is still a magazine for
women even though its fitness, so women like to look good no matter what their
